Visual Assist

New feature - Goto Related - lets you jump to locations related to the current symbol, including the definition of its type, base classes, and derived classes. Jump anywhere into a class hierarchy. Access the command via default shortcut (Shift+Alt+G), VAssistX | Goto Related, or a different shortcut for VAssistX.GotoRelated.

New editor for VA Snippets has improved filtering by type. (Visual Studio 2010 and newer.)

VA Snippet editor can search by substring or regular expression.

Output of Find References - the version of the command integral to Visual Assist (Shift+Alt+F) - can be filtered by type of entry, making it easier to find what you need. Adjust the display filters in the context menu of a results window.

New shortcuts active in the Find References Results window quickly toggle highlighting of all references in sources windows (H), and searching in all projects (P).

Change Signature now updates call sites when a default value is removed from a parameter declaration.

Member variables are now available via List Methods in File. Enable the setting using the context menu within the Alt+M list, not within the Context Field from which the list emanates. Open the menu with Right-Click, not Shift+F10, because focus is still in the field.
